For people who do not exercise at all this a good buy. It's not taxing to start off with and you can then build-up on the stamina as you go. I usually exercise while watching the telly. I can see my legs shaping up now (better than what they were 4-5 months ago).

I got this one month back. Installation is very easy. This product is strongly recommended to those who can't go outside for exercise and at the same they willing to do some exercise at home only.
This product consume is very less space and can be easily shifted anywhere in the house. It has In built incliner and because of that even in 45 minutes we can burn almost 300-350 calories.
We can't get anything better in this cost.
